Ann Taylor Camel Skirt Suit - 4P (runs like 2P)

My mom bought this for me a few years ago and I have only worn this twice because it's a little big for me. This is 4P but fits more than current day 2P or 0P.

Skirt measures about 13 inches across the waist when laid flat.
