EUC Frock by Tracy Reese Dress - size tag removed - $25

I have worn this dress only once and put it in storage a while back. I think I removed the size tag at some point and can't remember what size it is. Please consult the measurements provided to get a better idea of fit.
The dress is far from perfect, it has been drycleaned but when I took it out of storage I noticed a mark on the front (pictured below).

      Yes I would. But please go by the measurements as even numerical sizing doesn't give sufficient information.
